Welcome to finewoodnthings.com, the home of Wood N' Things where we teach woodturning, 
and produce turned art objects for sale at several galleries.  

Wood N' Things Profile

Jim Driskell is the owner of Wood N' Things.
He has been producing turned objects for sale since 1996.
He developed the woodturning program at the WoodWorkers Club in Santa Ana, and taught classes there from
1996 thru 2001. In 1999 he developed a woodturning program at Cerritos College, which now has 2 instructors 
and about 40 students per semester in beginning and advanced turning classes.

He also developed the Wood N' Things Buffing System which is now  marketed by Don Pencil Woodturning.
